Artwork & Printing Guidelines
Prepare artwork for custom printed wallets, holders, pouches, tags and bespoke Coral Group products with clear guidance for screen printing and digital printing.
Supplying the right artwork helps reduce delays, improve print results and make quoting or production easier.
What Artwork Should You Send?
In brief: vector artwork is preferred for logos and screen printing. High-resolution artwork is preferred for digital printing. If you are unsure, send what you have and Coral Group can advise what is usable.
The best artwork format depends on the product, print method, number of colours and whether the artwork is a simple logo or a detailed full-colour design.

Artwork Checklist Before Sending
1. Send Your Logo
Provide the highest-quality logo file available. Vector files are preferred where possible.
2. Confirm Print Colours
Let us know if your artwork uses specific brand colours or if a close colour match is acceptable.
3. Include Product Details
Tell us which product you want printed, such as ticket wallets, service wallets, script wallets, pouches or custom holders.
4. Provide Quantity
Quantity affects print method, production setup and pricing, so include an estimated quantity where possible.
5. Share Print Position
If you have a preferred logo placement or design layout, include a marked-up image or simple sketch.
6. Mention Any Deadline
Let us know if you are working toward a launch, handover, event, cruise season or campaign deadline.
Important Artwork Note
Artwork quality directly affects print quality. Low-resolution images, screenshots, photos of logos or files copied from websites may not be suitable for production.
If proper artwork is not available, Coral Group can review what you have and advise whether a cleaner file is needed before quoting or production.
