Start with what already exists
Before commissioning anything, look at the range. Most requirements are already solved by something we stock, and if one of our standard formats fits we will tell you so rather than sell you a custom project you do not need.

Step 2
Customise an existing product
The simplest kind of custom work. Take a format that already works and make it yours: your branding, your colours, and your choice of attachment, applied by the method that suits your artwork and how the product gets handled.
- Your branding, printed or embossed
- Colour selection from the stocked range
- Choice of attachment: strap, clear loop, steel loop or eyelet
- Printed inserts, where the message changes but the product does not
Step 3
Need a different size or shape?
This is where the range genuinely opens up. Our PVC and PET products — tags, cards, pockets, sleeves and holders — are made from scratch, so the size and the shape are yours to decide rather than something you have to work around.
Send us the dimensions of what has to go inside, or the shape you have in mind, and we will work back from there.

- Credit card size at 85.5 x 54mm, or any custom size
- Round, square, rectangular or a custom shape
- Glossy, matte or frosted finish
- Printed one side or both, by CMYK, screen or digital printing

How it works
From requirement to finished product
Tell us what you need
Rough ideas, sketches, photographs and sample products are all useful. You do not need a finished specification.
We define the format
Material, size, shape, finish, attachment and the right printing method.
Sample or prototype
Where appropriate, a physical sample or artwork proof for you to approve before anything is made in quantity.
Production
Your product is made to the approved specification, with Australian-made options available.
Delivery and reorders
Once the format is settled, repeat orders run against the same specification.
