Returns & Refund Policy

Returns

At Coral, we are committed to supplying quality products to our business customers.

As our products are supplied primarily to businesses, wholesalers and commercial customers, returns are handled in accordance with this policy and any rights that apply under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@coral.com.au.

To help us process your request, please include:

  • Your order number or invoice number
  • The product(s) involved
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs where applicable

No goods may be returned without prior authorisation from Coral.

Change of Mind Returns

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or if the product is no longer required.

At our discretion, we may agree to accept certain standard stocked items for return provided that:

  • the request is made within 30 days of delivery;
  • the goods are unused, unopened and in original saleable condition;
  • all original packaging is intact;
  • the goods are standard stocked products (not custom-made or special order items); and
  • proof of purchase is provided.

Where a change of mind return is approved:

  • the customer is responsible for all freight costs;
  • a restocking fee may apply;
  • any original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Acceptance of change of mind returns is entirely at Coral's discretion.

Products That Cannot Be Returned

Unless required by Australian Consumer Law, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom manufactured or personalised products
  • Special order or non-stock items
  • Products cut to size or made to customer specifications
  • Products that have been installed, used, modified or damaged after delivery
  • Clearance, discontinued or end-of-line products
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Gift cards

Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Goods

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • damaged goods;
  • incorrect goods; or
  • goods that appear to have a manufacturing defect,

please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing sales@coral.com.au.

Where appropriate, we may request photographs or ask that the goods be returned for inspection before determining the appropriate remedy.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where the Australian Consumer Law applies, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded.

If a product has a major failure, you may be entitled to a replacement, refund or compensation in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

For minor failures, we may choose to repair or replace the goods within a reasonable time.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to:

  • an error made by Coral;
  • defective goods; or
  • another situation where Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise,

the customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning goods.

Goods remain the customer's responsibility until they are received by Coral. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Refunds

Once returned goods have been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your claim.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval. Processing times by financial institutions may vary.

Exchanges

We do not generally offer direct exchanges.

Where appropriate, customers may return eligible goods (subject to this policy) and place a new order for the required items.
