Automotive & Transport
Document, key tag and handover solutions for dealerships, service centres and transport businesses.
The service wallet goes into the glovebox at handover and comes back out at every service for the next ten years. The key tag goes on the keyring. Very little else you buy stays with the customer that long.

Car Service Wallets
Handover is the moment a dealership has the customer's full attention and the least control over presentation. Service books, warranty paperwork, manuals and receipts get handed across in whatever came to hand, and half of it is missing by the first service.
A branded service wallet solves both problems at once. The documents arrive together and stay together, and the one item that lives in the customer's vehicle for a decade carries your dealership's name.
- Holds the service book together with the warranty paperwork and receipts
- Standard and wide formats for different service book sizes
- Printed construction, or encapsulated where artwork covers the whole wallet
- Screen printed up to 4 spot colours, or digitally printed
Styles 6010 and 6012

Specification
What you can specify on a key tag
Key tags are made to order, so almost everything is a choice rather than a constraint. Tell us the job the tag has to do and roughly how many you need a year, and we will recommend the material, size and finish.
Material and thickness
PVC from 0.3mm to 0.76mm, or coated paper from 300gsm to 450gsm.
Size and shape
Stock shapes include 38mm round, 27.5 x 53mm, 50 x 27mm, 56.1 x 25.8mm, 32 x 38mm and 54 x 85.5mm. Custom sizes and shapes available.
Finish
PVC in glossy, frosted or matt. Paper with glossy or matt lamination.
Hole and fixing
Circle hole, ID hole, custom hole shape, or a metal eyelet.
Numbering and codes
Embossed serial numbers, QR codes and barcodes, so each tag can be unique.
Decoration
Spot UV, gold or silver hot stamping, and gold or silver backgrounds.
Available by enquiry
Truck & Commercial Vehicle Wallets
Commercial handovers carry substantially more paperwork than a passenger car. This is the format to start from if a car wallet is too small.
Tell us the quantity and format and we will confirm pricing and lead time.
- Sized for commercial vehicle documentation
- Available by enquiry rather than from stock
- Repeat supply for fleet programs
Style 6900
Truck & Commercial Vehicle Wallets

Also available
Document solutions
Products that sit alongside the service wallet and key tag range for dealerships, workshops and fleet operators.
Encapsulated wallets
The printed sheet is sealed inside the wallet rather than applied to the surface, so the artwork cannot scuff, peel or wear off with handling. Best where artwork covers the whole wallet.
Ask about encapsulated →Document pockets and holders
Pockets and sleeves made to the size your paperwork actually needs, fixed by adhesive, rivet or screw. Useful in workshops, parts departments and fleet offices.
See custom options →Customer handover sets
The service wallet supplied together with a key tag and a document pocket, so the whole handover arrives as one branded set rather than a folder and an elastic band.

Connecting a physical product to your digital systems
Where it is genuinely useful, a QR, NFC or RFID element can be built into a key tag or card so the customer reaches your booking page, or your fleet system reads the key without anyone writing anything down. We are interested in applications that fit an existing workflow rather than technology for its own sake. Tell us what your system reads and what you want the customer to reach.
Tap or scan to book a service
A key tag or card that opens your own service booking page.
Fleet and hire key tracking
RFID or NFC key tags where your fleet system already reads them.
Vehicle information
A QR link to manuals, warranty details or vehicle information you already publish.
Branding
Your dealership branding, applied the right way
A service wallet is opened dozens of times over a decade and a key tag is handled every day, so how your name is applied matters as much as the artwork. We will recommend the method that suits your logo and how the product gets handled.
Screen printing
Up to four spot colours. Suits solid logos and larger production runs.
Digital printing
For detailed or full-colour dealership artwork.
Encapsulation
Artwork sealed inside, for wallets that take a decade of handling.
Hot stamping
Gold or silver foil on key tags and cards, for a more finished look.
Automotive enquiries
Request a quote or samples
Tell us the vehicle type, roughly how many wallets or key tags you use in a year, and your artwork situation. If key tags need to work with a fleet or hire system, tell us what that system reads.
